Lavanda Suite
Size: 63 square metres
Our suite is located on the first floor of the Villa and boasts a splendid panoramic view of the garden and pool.
It consists of two rooms.
The first, very spacious, has a king-size double bed, a comfortable sofa, a fireplace, a large bathroom with shower, a small balcony overlooking the pool, connected to the garden by an external peperino staircase.
The second room, smaller and communicating with the first, is equipped with two single beds.
MINT
Size: 31 square metres
This romantic room, very bright, has a private porch (about 20sqm) overlooking the garden and swimming pool, where you can have breakfast or enjoy a romantic dining experience in complete intimacy.
Equipped with a king-size double bed and private bathroom with shower.
PEPERLIN
Size: 18 square metres
Peperlin is our smallest double room, but it is very intimate and romantic.
It overlooks an olive grove and is the perfect place to sleep like never before in your life, in the complete tranquillity of the countryside.
It has its own bathroom with shower and single washbasin.
BASIL
Size: 32 square metres
This elegant room has a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with a shower and a single washbasin.
It is also perfect for families with two children, as it is already prepared for the addition of two single beds.
It overlooks the side garden and as soon as you wake up, looking out of the window, you can see all the enchanting beauty of the countryside.
Timo
Size: 14 square metres
Timo is our only single room. Quiet and private, it overlooks the olive grove and has a private bathroom with shower and single washbasin.
ROSMARINE
Spacious and bright, Rosmarine overlooks the garden and swimming pool, for a dreamy awakening.
The comfortable king-size bed is adorned with an elegant antique iron headboard. It is equipped with a sofa and a large wooden wardrobe.
The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and a single washbasin.
Salvia
Intimate, cosy and romantic, our Salvia is ideal for a couple. Equipped with a king-size bed, it overlooks the pool and garden, with one of the most beautiful views of the entire Villa.

Maggiorana
Maggiorana has a king-size bed, an antique headboard and a beautiful ceiling with old wooden beams. It is perfect for a couple. The spacious and bright bathroom has a large window with a peperino sill overlooking the olive grove.

Equipped with two single beds, Parsley is perfect for two friends. Private bathroom with shower cubicle and single washbasin, overlooking the olive grove.
